Headphones

i was doing some research on some no-name earbuds i own and it turns out they are made by some moldull company, and in their product pages [like this one](http://www.moldull.com/product/25.html) they list "Impedance ohm value: 32Ω" in the specs, but why does it matter if you aren't plugging them in your own amplifier?
