Repligator (1998)

At a government facility, the army has teamed up with scientists to develop a replicator machine. The experiment doesn’t go as planned, however, and all the male soldiers are turned into sexy women. These women have the ability to morph into alligators, but only when they find themselves moments away from reaching orgasmic peaks.
