Seeing red lines? Sheriff Nanos gags opponent Lappin as he lets insinuations fly

  Sheriff Chris Nanos, in my not-so-humble opinion, crossed a fat ethical line by announcing he has called for federal and state investigations of his political opponent, Republican Heather Lappin — who's also one of his employees.
