The venues for the events, as well as their implementation, are pending due to the evident situation of insecurity and violence that the 3 levels of government (federal, state and municipal emanating from the PRI, PAN, MC, PVEM, PT and MORENA parties), in Chiapas, have provoked, fueled and concealed for several years.
