My Dad is a Social Democrat, Should I Cut Off All Family Ties?

Sometimes we argue about politics. He's kind of a union lib who's therefore eoc dem by default but he's got this thing where he's more mad at Trump than any other political cause Trump has been a known laughing stock for about 40 years. Also wee Canadian so we don't vote in most American elections. Should I cut off all tied with my family cause my dad is a lib? (The rest of my family are Shining Path, so they're cool)
