Advice on how to handle travelling across the world and back in a week?

I'll be travelling from Texas to Istanbul to get a hair transplant and will be back home 4 days later. I packed the travelling so tight because I didn't have the PTO to spend. Does anyone have tips on how to survive this feat? I'm very nervous.
