Biden signed an EO last month allowing DoD intelligence to cooperate with law enforcement and use lethal force without oversight for 72 hours before notifying the Secretary of Defense. So yeah, they're gearing up for the next unrest period.

It doesn't really matter lol. We keep telling people that voting for Harris won't change anything, well neither will voting 3rd party. Vote however you feel.

I will be part of the straight, white male gulag. But as a straight, white, male I will take the burden upon myself to be the liaison to the Femme Queer Commune. This will be a self appointed position where I speak for my fellow straightoids on my breaks from the mines.

Take Cuba off the state sponsors of terror list, Biden. We're not asking you to nationalize industries or end all wars. Just write a little note that costs you or your country nothing and will save thousands of lives. There was literally no factual basis for putting them on the list, it was Trump on his way out. You can even score political points by saying "look how terrible Trump was, it's over now."

Since everyone is saying "Fascism is already here" I ask the group how do we as leftists resist it? When fascism was rising in Germany and Italy, communists would literally fight in the streets against right wing class traitor mobs. In the US now, those class traitors are formalized as the police and have the power of the state backing them completely. We have different material conditions than interbellum Europe, therefor our methods must be different.

This is typical of the liberal brain pan commenting on foreign countries. "If this, then it's likely, then maybe, then possibly, and thus." It's based on immaterial assumption after immaterial assumption.

DoD Directive 5240.01 outlines the legal framework for intelligence operations conducted by military components, emphasizing compliance with constitutional protections for U.S. citizens. Historically, the directive was focused on intelligence collection, safeguarding civil liberties, and limiting military intervention in domestic matters. However, the 2024 revision has introduced new language that expands the scope of DoD support for law enforcement operations, including the use of lethal force under certain conditions.
So this has existed in some form for a while, but it expands to now using lethal force.
Also
Under the 2024 update, the DoD can act in response to situations where there is a reasonable belief that a person’s life or physical safety is at risk, thus necessitating immediate intervention. This language broadens the scope of what constitutes an emergency, allowing military personnel to engage in lethal actions before receiving approval from the Secretary of Defense, provided they act within a 72-hour window.
The CIA has 72 hours to goof around before notifying the civilian oversight.

The world's most moral genocide.
I don't know if you guys know who Hutch is, but I loved his content in the early 2010s. It was mostly COD stuff and I haven't watched him consistently in years, but I kept the subscription because of how much I liked him as a teenager. In a time when the content was a lot of toxic gamerbro shit, Hutch made genuine videos talking about depression and showing vulnerability and that really spoke to teenage me. Last month he made a video where he's switching to only politics stuff now and I stayed subscribed because I don't watch that much YouTube content anyways and I could forgive him being a liberal demsoc. But teaming up with Destiny is a bridge too far. ![can-excuse-1](https://lemm.ee/api/v3/image_proxy?url=https%3A%2F%2Fhexbear.net%2Fpictrs%2Fimage%2Ff1eb6b64-5a89-4412-ab07-314bed7f556a.png "emoji can-excuse-1") I can excuse bad content, but pro-genocide crosses the line.
Think about it.
