You realize there is more than the US in the world right...? You're really proving stereotypes by saying "the world" and then giving only US states as an example. A lot of the world haven't shifted to the right. It's pretty certain this graph was based on mostly American stuff anyway, so both the image, this whole post and you are all doing the classic 'Murican thing of thinking US specific things apply to the whole world.

That's wrong from both atheist and religious viewpoints. Either there is no "never meant to see it", there is no meaning there. Or some God made whales as they are, very curious and often interact with other species, specifically looking at them, either from below or above the water, so then we were meant to see this.

None of those options take away from how cool it is and how magical it looks IMO.

Just because OOP is American doesn't mean that "most people" are Americans... The US is about 4% of the global population. "Most people" is always global since you're referring to everyone on the planet, you could say "most people there get fat" though.

I haven't blocked it, I just don't interact with it much and it doesn't bother me at all. Very rarely is there anything that I want to see other people's opinion on, and the vast majority if posts is US politics which is just a circus to laugh at as an outsider. It's far from as bad as Reddit was, it doesn't take up whole days of several pages of top posts and I learned my lesson of not reading comments much.

It really depends on the game, you can't put all games under an umbrella and say it's all bad. I love the ones in Starfield, warframe, No Man's Sky, Assassin Creed Origins and Odyssey and many more. As long as it has actual uses more than just highlighting stuff and/or is well designed it's always welcome IMO. Haven't played DL2 yet but I really can't think of any game where it felt like a cop out for otherwise bad design.

I don't see how that's similar, it would only be applicable if you ordered a footling with ONLY tomatoes and olives, nothing else.
