This is what fixed it, thank you. It must be that although the game is in English, it's using the English characters from a Japanese font and character pack. Now I know what the issue is, playing these games on the Deck is more possible

That's a good point. I've had Lutris installed but never really explored it. I'll check that out too

Thanks. I'll look into this as well. The game is in English but coming from a Japanese developer could cause the same problems

Thanks. I'll look into it and see if that works
First of all, yes it's a hentai game. You can believe it's for my girlfriend or not. I asked her if she'd like a Steam Deck and she said it fits how she'd probably play games, but she wants to play a bunch of games she got off MangaGamer and she wants to make sure they'd work on the Deck. I have a thinkpad running Fedora so we installed one through WINE to try it out. Everything is working but all the text are these squares for missing characters. Is there any easy way to install fonts and characters for WINE, or will we need to look at something like the ROG Ally instead?

That's another good one. I've heard Marshall cabs described as cough boxes for how poorly they put out sound.
Probably people who have massive boutique boards with cheap patch cables would be another one.

They were trying to be more prog rock with their first two albums and I much prefer those to the popular singles of their later career

Anything that can freeze will work. But go for more of a cube or sphere shape so it stays frozen for longer, it pranks them harder in the end

I heard of this funny trick where you put a bag of ice over the pilot light of his boiler. The boiler will put out gas until the ice melts and the pilot light comes back on.
And let's justr say, that's when the prank really 'pops' off

I think they came because the wife sounded really upset on the phone. Police do just like to turn up to things though.
Here in Australia I called emergency services one time because a woman locked her kid and her keys in her car and the police were the first to turn up. They couldn't do anything so they just stood around until the fire brigade arrived who were the ones that could actually pick the lock to the car. It just makes you wonder why the police bothered at all.

I read an article like this years ago, I'd fine the link if search didn't suck everywhere.
A guy had a heart attack and his wife called emergency services. Police were the first to arrive and did what police do.
This guy was in his underwear leaning against the wall and because he didn't respond immediately to the police shouting at him they threw him to the ground and broke his back.

I only heard about the game gear when I read an article about Defenders of Oasis, one of the only original RPGs to come out on it.
I managed to emulate it on my phone and it's an adequate game, I'd like to see what a modern entry in the series would look like

IDK, just a vibe I'm getting. I have a feeling the back story to this world is a lot more twisted than you'd initially think. Has anyone noticed this too? Do you think there's more to the DLC than just a big tree and a cosmic egg?
I've been trying to find a linux programming similar to Rufus to flash images of OSes on a thumb drive. Nothing from the listicles on the internet or the programs in flatpak have worked for me as well as Rufus on Windows. What have you used that's worked well? Or, could I run Rufus on my linux machine with WINE?
I've been using SwiftKey since before the Microsoft acquisition, but now I want to move on because it's pushing copilot. What do you recommend? I'm fine with the play store or F-droid, and I'll pay for a good one if necessary
